Driveway crack filling and sealing cost
Our price range is $1 to $3 per linear foot. Use the length of the cracks, not the total square footage of the driveway, when working out the quantity for this service.
Control joints and sealing
For work that includes control joints, we saw or form them to help control where the concrete cracks. When joint cleaning and sealing are specified, we do that after the concrete has cured and hardened.
The specified concrete finish
If the work includes a concrete finish, we apply the specified finish. Broom texturing provides traction; steel troweling produces a smooth, dense surface. These are different surface treatments, so the project specification should identify which one is required.
Check permit requirements before starting
We check Maui County’s permit process before starting a project. The county requires a building permit for construction, alteration, repair and other listed work on a building or structure. We do not assume a repair is exempt.
For development within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area or another identified high-flood-risk area, a Flood Development Permit may also be required.
